How we hire
We do not run a vacancy board.
We would rather not publish a list of roles that is out of date the week after we post it. Send us your CV and tell us what you want to work on — if there is something, we will tell you, and if there is not, we will say that too.
People who would rather do a job properly than quickly.
Engineers who write things down, because the next person needs them.
Installers who treat earthing and labelling as part of the work, not overhead.
Anyone who is comfortable telling a customer something they do not want to hear.
