1-Year Warranty & Replacement Promise
We stand behind every device we ship. If it's our fault, we fix it — full stop. All Ridlin products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, with free pan-India pickup, sub-48-hour resolution, and zero hidden fees.
What's Covered
Manufacturing defects arising from the production process. Electrical component failure and internal hardware faults under normal use. Significant battery degradation within the warranty period. Firmware or software bugs originating from us. Display defects such as dead pixels or backlight issues under normal use.
Not Covered
Physical damage from drops or cracks. Water damage beyond the IPX7 rating. Unauthorised modifications or repairs. Normal wear and tear. Cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
Replacement Guarantee
If your device cannot be repaired, we replace it with a brand-new unit of the same or equivalent model, no questions asked. Replacement is dispatched within 24 hours of approval.
How to Claim — 5 Simple Steps
1. Contact Us — reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your Order ID and a description of the issue. 2. Assessment — our engineering team evaluates your claim within 2 hours; most issues are resolved remotely. 3. Free Pickup — we arrange doorstep pickup at no charge. 4. Repair or Replace — certified repair or full replacement at our authorised facility. 5. Delivered Back — your device is returned tested and verified, with zero hidden charges.
Warranty Terms Summary
Warranty period: 12 months from date of purchase (proof of purchase required). Applicable to manufacturing defects only, under normal use. Service centre assessment is required for hardware replacement. Warranty is void if the device is opened or repaired by an unauthorised party. All repairs are performed at Ridlin-authorised service facilities. Ridlin reserves the right to repair or replace at its discretion.
