Commercial
Energy built around your business.
Offices, hotels, hospitals, schools and retail — where consumption is predictable, continuity matters, and the case has to stand up to scrutiny.
We start with your energy profile — not a predefined package.
Commercial consumption is usually far more predictable than residential, which makes it easier to design against and easier to justify. It also comes with constraints residential does not have: continuity requirements, tariff structures with demand components, and a decision that has to survive a finance review.
What we do
Where the work actually happens.
Each of these is a stage we are accountable for, and each one appears in your scope of work.
Energy profiling
Consumption pattern, load factor, tariff structure and where the cost actually sits.
Commercial rooftop solar
Designed against a daytime load curve that solar generally matches well.
Continuity and backup
For properties where an interruption has a direct operational cost.
Monitoring and reporting
Performance evidence in a form a finance function or a board will accept.
Workplace EV charging
For staff, fleet or customer parking, with load management where the supply is tight.
Documentation for approval
A written scope, exclusions, and the assumptions behind every figure — because someone will ask.
What determines the outcome
The things that decide whether this works.
These are the questions we work through with you. They are also the questions worth putting to anyone else you are speaking to.
Your tariff structure changes the answer
Where a tariff has a demand component, reducing peak draw can be worth more than reducing units consumed. That points at storage and load management as much as at generation.
Roof access and continuity constrain the work
A hotel or a hospital cannot be treated like an empty building. Phasing, working hours and isolation planning are part of the design, not an afterthought at execution.
The proposal has to survive scrutiny
A commercial decision goes through people who did not attend the site visit. Everything we assume, we state — capacity, generation, savings, exclusions, payback and what would change them.

We publish a project only once it is commissioned and documented. Ask us and we will talk you through comparable work directly.

Questions we get asked.
What information do you need to start?
Twelve months of electricity bills, a sanctioned load figure, and access to the roof and electrical rooms. From those three we can tell you fairly quickly whether the site is worth pursuing.
Can the work be phased?
Usually. Phasing costs a little more in total but can align the investment with a budget cycle or limit disruption. We will lay out the trade-off rather than pushing a single answer.
