When you use electricity changes what solar is worth
A household that consumes mostly in the evening offsets less directly and depends more on net metering or storage. This is the single biggest determinant of what a residential system returns.
Apartment projects are a governance problem as much as a technical one
Roof rights, cost sharing and metering all need to be settled before the design does. We are used to presenting to a committee, and we will put the options in writing so a decision can actually be taken.
The roof has to be ready
Waterproofing condition, existing structures and future plans for the terrace all affect what can be installed and where. It is much cheaper to find this out before the array goes up.

Questions we get asked.
Is rooftop solar worth it for a home that is empty during the day?
Often yes, but for a different reason: with net metering the surplus is exported and credited rather than wasted. Where net metering is limited or unavailable, storage or a smaller system may make more sense. We will show you the difference for your connection rather than assuming.
Can an apartment building install solar for individual flats?
It depends on the metering arrangement and on how the roof rights are held. Common-area load is usually the simplest and most defensible place to start, and often the easiest for a society to agree on.
