Replacement & Warranty Policy

General Policy

At Ridlin, every product is crafted with precision engineering and strict quality standards. Due to the personal-use nature of our electronics and grooming devices, we do not accept general returns or offer refunds once a product has been delivered. However, your satisfaction and trust are our priority. We offer a seamless 7-day replacement policy for damaged or defective items, and a comprehensive 1-year warranty for any functional defects.

7-Day Replacement Window

You may request a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will be handled under our warranty policy (if applicable).

Eligible for Replacement

We will gladly replace your product if: • The item is damaged during delivery • The item has a manufacturing defect • You received the wrong product

Replacement Conditions

To be eligible for a 7-day replacement: • Item must be unused and in original condition • Must be in original packaging with all accessories • Proof of purchase is required

1-Year Warranty Repair

Our products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. If a functional or manufacturing defect arises after the 7-day replacement window but within 1 year, we will repair the product at no additional cost. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage (for non-waterproof items), or damage caused by improper usage.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable

For hygiene and safety reasons, we strictly do not accept returns or issue refunds for: • Personal grooming devices • Beauty & styling electronics • Used or opened products • Change of mind or voluntary exchanges
