Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹99. Delivery times: • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–3 business days • Tier 2 cities: 3–5 business days • Tier 3 cities & remote areas: 5–7 business days

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order from the My Orders section in your account.

Courier Partners

We ship via BlueDart and Delhivery for reliable, fast delivery across India. Courier selection is based on your delivery pincode for optimal speed.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. For lost packages, please allow 2 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery date before reporting.

Address Changes

Address changes can be requested within 2 hours of order placement by contacting support@ridlin.com. Changes may not be possible once the order is dispatched.
